Exhibitors receive 3 complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10×10 booth space. For example, if you have a 10×20 booth space, you will receive 6 complimentary registrations.

As early as January 2022, we will post sponsorship opportunities on the website. We would like to connect with you to make sure that we can discuss the various options, and also create packages that meet your budget.

Housing will also open in April of 2022. At that point, you will be able to make your hotel accommodations at one of the selected hotels. Special rates will be available. We will place a housing link here by the time that hotel reservations will be open.

Please note that these special rates will be available only through the official housing reservation authorities. It is highly likely that you will receive calls and emails from third-party companies, informing you about hotel availability. These companies are considered by the trade show industry as “room poachers” and “housing pirates.” They use deceptive business practices to book overpriced and nonexistent hotel rooms.

As the Organizer of the Sun Shading Expo 2022, we want to explicitly warn you that hotel rooms reserved outside the official hotel room block will be booked at your own risk. Please do not fall for these scams.
