We invite custom or end-product fabricators, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, import/export specialists, franchisors, franchisees or workroom owners who are focusing on products from all sectors of the sun shading industry including but not limited to blinds, drapery, exterior screens, pergolas, sun sails, awnings, shutters, technical textiles/ fabrics for sun shading solutions, drives, control systems, hardware and fittings.

The ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria:

• Represent a custom or end-product fabricator, dealer, retailer, wholesaler, distributor, import/export specialist, franchisor, franchisee, or workroom within the sun shading industry.

• Be based in the continental U.S. and not have attended Sun Shading Expo North America in the past 3 years.

• Hold decision-making authority, including the ability to allocate budgets and place orders at Sun Shading Expo North America 2025.

The Buyer Club program offers a limited number of spots and is designed to include a diverse range of companies eligible for membership. Each company is entitled to have one professional receive complimentary accommodation at a hotel near the venue.

If more than one professional from the same company qualifies for membership, additional services will be evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair allocation and consideration.

No, it is not possible to transfer membership to another person.

Membership in the Sun Shading Expo North America Buyer Club is evaluated annually and assigned individually for each edition of the event. While membership for one year does not exclude the possibility of extending it to future editions, it is not granted automatically and is subject to a separate evaluation process for each edition.

The Sun Shading Expo North America Buyer Club membership is free for approved members, as visitors to the event. Messe Stuttgart Inc. will pay for your hotel room nights, Sun Shading Expo North America 2025 Show Floor Pass and access to exclusive networking events. You’ll be responsible for any additional charges like dining or amenities at the hotel, as well as for your travel expenses to and from the show, including parking and meals.

Hotel accommodations will be arranged through the Program. All hotels are Marriott properties and are close, walkable or connected to the Indiana Convention Center where Sun Shading Expo North America will be held. Accepted participants will receive details on their hotel reservation after acceptance.

Once your Buyer Club application is approved, you will receive a special code in your approval email that grants you free registration. At the entrance to the show, present your Buyer Club confirmation along with your pre-show visitor registration confirmation at the registration desk, and you will be provided with your Buyer Club badge and a welcome package.

While there is no mandatory requirement, we highly encourage Buyer Club members to engage with exhibitors and attend networking events to maximize their experience. Many attendees that attend the show find value in making appointments with exhibitors in advance of the show.

The Buyer Club Booth Tour is an exclusive guided tour designed to connect Buyer Club members with selected exhibitors that match their product interests. It provides a structured way to explore key industry innovations and build meaningful business connections right from the start of the show.

The Booth Tour takes place on the first day of the show in the morning and lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours. Buyer Club members will visit 6-8 exhibitor booths, where exhibitors will introduce their latest products and solutions. All necessary details will be provided before the show.

If you are unable to attend after being accepted, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another fabricator. Late cancellations may affect eligibility for future Programs.
